Rules

1) This poker run is a safe family event, there are no prizes for speed, it does not matter who is the first to complete the course.  This is not a race!  Any reports of excessive speed, erratic or unsafe behaviors will result in removal from the poker run and disqualification of your hands.

2) Only adults ages 18 or older may play a poker hand (identification may be requested).  Individuals under the age of 18 may attend but will not be permitted to play a poker hand.  However all ages are welcome to participate in the word scramble!

 

3) Entry to the event will be $20 per person 18 years of age or older.  $5 of this entry covers your first poker hand.  $10 covers your meal and $5 covers the ride itself.    

 

4) Additional Poker hands can be purchased for $5 each or 5 for $20.  You do not have to participate in the actual ride to purchase hands.  Likewise, you do not have to purchase poker hands to participate in the ride.

 

5) Once the participant is registered at the clubhouse and has obtained their score card and letter card, they may proceed to the designated route.

 

6) The route will consist of 4 stops along the route with the 5th and final stop at the clubhouse.  Each stop will have a deck of cards for you to draw your hands.  Your card must be completed and stamped at each stop.  Incomplete cards will not be accepted.
 

7) We will be using a single deck of standard cards.  You will be able to draw your own cards OR you can choose us to draw for you.

 

8) The winning hand will be based on 5 card stud in the following order: Royal Flush, Straight Flush, 4 of a kind, Full House, Flush, Straight, 3 of a Kind, 2 Pair and a Pair.  No wild cards.

 

9) Prizes will be given for the following:  Best Hand, Second Best Hand, Third Best Hand and Worste Hand. 

 

10) You are not required to be present for the drawing, however you are welcome to join us if you like.  We will be doing a Facebook live drawing for all prizes.  If you are not in attendance for the drawing, arrangements will be made to claim your prize.

 

11) If a tie breaker is necessary each participant in the tie will be drawn one card and the high card wins.

 

12) No refunds will be given.

 

13) All hands must be presented NO LATER than 3:00 PM, and hands turned in after that time will be rejected.  A Facebook live drawing will be done at 4:00 for all winners.

 

14) All proceeds go directly into the Linneus SnoSports trail fund which allows us to continue to provide amazing trials for your enjoyment.
